All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on 1win pk are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of each offer. Where no specific terms are stated, the general bonus rules in this section apply.
Bonus funds credited to your account — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and any other promotional credit — carry wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus offer terms.
Bonuses not claimed within the stated period and wagering requirements not completed within the stated window will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
1win pk monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets that exploit mathematical loopholes in bonus terms, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, or any other approach designed to extract value from bonuses in a manner contrary to their intent. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in account closure.

All bets placed on 1win pk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or market in question. These rules are available within the platform. Placing a bet constitutes your acceptance of those specific rules.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the event as declared by the relevant governing body. 1win pk reserves the right to settle bets based on verified official sources. In the event of an error in settlement, 1win pk reserves the right to correct the settlement at any time after the error is identified.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned under the following circumstances: the event is postponed and not replayed within 72 hours, the event is abandoned before reaching the settlement threshold defined in the specific sport rules, or an obvious pricing error is identified on the market. Voided bets are credited back to your main account balance.
Where a market is offered with odds that are clearly and obviously incorrect — due to a system error, data feed failure or human input mistake — 1win pk reserves the right to void all bets placed on that market at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether the event has already been settled. This includes cases where the error benefits the player.
1win pk applies maximum payout limits per event and per day across all betting markets. Maximum limits are displayed within the platform. Where a bet would result in a payout exceeding the stated maximum, the stake will be adjusted downward proportionally to bring the potential payout within the limit.
All casino games and slot machines on 1win pk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software verified by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are available within each game's information panel. 1win pk does not guarantee specific outcomes in any casino or slot game.
1win pk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
1win pk does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by payment processors (such as JazzCash's own transaction charges on certain wallet types) are outside our control and may apply independently.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. 1win pk may apply a monthly administration fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity period. Fees are deducted from the remaining account balance. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 24 months of inactivity. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in — no further action is required.
1win pk is required to verify the identity of its players to comply with responsible gaming obligations and to prevent fraud and money laundering. Verification may be requested at any time but is mandatory before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000.
Document verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission. Where additional review is required, our team will contact you within 48 hours to explain the delay. Accounts are not restricted during standard verification periods unless there is an active fraud investigation.

If the closure is due to a technical error on our part and no breach occurred, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player.
You may request the closure of your 1win pk account at any time by contacting our support team. Any legitimate balance (excluding locked bonus funds with incomplete wagering) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of your closure request being confirmed.
